• About Don’t Call It Neglect

Championing Fairness and Family Autonomy in Child Welfare. There are multiple issue areas within the ambit of this organization. In each of these areas, the label "neglect" is overused and imprecise, weeping in many innocent parents and caregivers and harming children and familes.

  • Our Mission

Dedicated to reforming child neglect laws to ensure families are protected from unnecessary separation due to poverty, differences in parenting styles, or misunderstandings of childhood independence.
